19.3.3. Amending prompt results

If you’ve tweaked your prompts and have found the ratings have not been to your expectations you may want to amend the existing data in Salesforce to improve the reports and dashboards or maybe you disagree with the evaluations provided by the AI and you’d like to overrule it.

The quickest an easiest way to amend a particular rating is to do so via the reports.

1. Load a report with the offending record/s

   1. 

2. Enable Field Editing

3. Ensure the Result field is present (note the Rating field is a formula field, hence the Result field needs to be the has to be edited)

   1. Click Edit on the report

   2. Add the Result field

      1. 

4. Save and run the report

5. Edit the Result field and set your new rating value

   1. 

6. Click Save

If you find that you disagree with a lot of the results that the AI is returning, you may need to amend the prompt itself to better fit the behaviour you’re looking for, for example you may want to add additional rules to be taken into context (see here for more)
