Unfortunately, there are times that certain events may affect your ability to use or access Natterbox. Here are some disasters, what may be restricted for your business and some solutions we can offer at Natterbox. | Type of Disaster | Restrictions or Limitations | Proposed Solution | | --- | --- | --- | | A local issue with your office building, for example a fire alarm or an issue with your internet/wifi | - Your users will not be able to make or receive calls - You may not be able to access your computer, Salesforce or Natterbox. | The ability to re-direct your calls to an out of office message by calling a number on your mobile phone. This wouldn’t work if Salesforce is having an issue. See [here for more info](/v1/docs/shutdown-divert-solution). | | A Salesforce outage | - Users are unable to login to Salesforce and access Natterbox (this includes Freedom CTI in Salesforce, SCV, Freedom mobile and Freedom Web). - Queries, updates and create apps fail because they can’t interact with Salesforce. - Admins unable to login and make changes to routing policies | A routing policy that checks when Salesforce data is unable to be queried and then routes to pre-configured disaster policy. This could involve sending an email, telling callers a message, connecting to an emergency number or utilising a disaster AI Agent. See [here for more info](/v1/docs/how-to-implement-a-disaster-recovery-policy). | For anything else, please [contact Natterbox support](https://natterbox.com/customer-support/). ## Related - [How to Implement a Disaster Recovery Policy](/how-to-implement-a-disaster-recovery-policy.md) - [Shutdown / Divert Solution](/shutdown-divert-solution.md)
