The rules laid out by MIIT are as follows: - Calls must be greater than 3 minutes in duration - Unsolicited marketing calls are not allowed - Repeat calls from the same number in a rolling hour are not allowed - Calls from invalid, modified and spoofed numbers as well as those from restricted origination are not allowed - Calls to China cannot be made using a Chinese number Non-adherence to these rules will result in calls being blocked without notice, though conversely it is not possible to guarantee that adherence to them will necessarily guarantee their success. *Please note that the monitoring process is conducted by MIIT and therefore means that Natterbox is unable to control which traffic passes through successfully or is blocked.*
