To address this, the Natterbox technical team implemented a fix for all organizations in June 2024, changing how the CTI and Webphone communicate within Salesforce. If users experience the following symptoms, please instruct them to close the Webphone pop-up and clear their browser cache for "**All Time.**" **Symptoms:** - When launching the Webphone, the red dot over the headset icon remains visible, and the label "Launch Natterbox Webphone" does not disappear. - Upon initiating a call, the CTI displays the error: "Cannot answer the call on this device as your telephone connection is currently offline." - During a call, the keypad button in the CTI is missing. Once logged back into Salesforce, the issue should be resolved. If you have any questions or concerns, please raise a support case via our [Help Center](https://success.natterbox.com/s/).
