#### Recommendations for improving your experience with Eddy

- Converse Naturally:
  - Speak to "Eddy" as you would to a human.
  - Example: Instead of "Search for articles on templates," try "Eddy, please explain how to bulk upload users."
- Provide Detailed Context:
  - Enhance understanding by setting the stage and providing context.
  - Example: Instead of "Search for troubleshooting guides," try "Eddy, help me troubleshoot my webphone"
- Embrace Creativity:
  - Encourage experimentation and creativity in your queries.
  - Example: Instead of "Search for software updates," try "Eddy, imagine you're our IT expert and update me on the latest software changes."

Feel free to experiment and instruct Eddy creatively!

#### Some considerations:

- Contextual Understanding: While Eddy excels at understanding language, Eddy may struggle with nuanced or ambiguous context. Eddy might misinterpret user queries that rely heavily on context, leading to inaccurate responses.
- Lack of Real-world Experience: Eddy doesn’t have real-world experiences, limiting its ability to provide practical advice or insights beyond the scope of our knowledgebase.
- Eddy is still in training so please don’t hesitate to vote with a thumbs down if an answer is not satisfactory, it will only get better over time.
