This table is a list of all the data points available in wallboards, showing how to retrieve the same information (if possible) from the Natterbox Call Reporting Object in Salesforce.
It is possible to retrieve wallboard fields marked in green from the Natterbox Call Reporting Object through the use of a Salesforce filter.
It is not possible to retrieve wallboard fields marked in orange from the Natterbox Call Reporting object as the respective field either doesn’t return the required value or there isn’t a respective field available.
Wallboard fields marked in grey contain dynamic data and are not relevant to the Natterbox Call Reporting object - therefore it is not possible to report on which agents were available at a given time from a particular call record in Salesforce.
