18.2.4. Giving Group Administrators access to Employee Calls

Controlling access is done from the Groups tab:

• Add name under Group Administrators
• Tick Allow Insight Access to enable that person to see all Insights for the Group’s Members.

You will also see “All Members” shown in this group. Unless you want all members of the group to be able to see each other’s Insights, leave this box unchecked.
