18.3.8. Insight Limits and SLAs

Maximum number of calls that Insight can handle (per day, week etc)

There is no limit to how many calls that can be analysed by Insight.

Maximum call length

At present the Insight is able to handle calls of up to 60 minutes in duration. Please note that the audio for longer calls will take longer to load from the point at which the Load Player icon is clicked in the Insight Search screen.

Maximum number of calls returned to Insight Search

There is a limit of 10,000 calls that can be returned in a single search.

Maximum Search time

The Load Player icon should appear in the Insight Search page within 10-15 minutes of the completion of call. If calls are regularly taking longer than this, please check to ensure the Insight scheduled job is running in your Admin Home page:
