18.2. Setting up Insight

Please note all setup and configuration options are only available if the user has the Admin permission set. To check if a user has these permissions:

In Salesforce Setup

• Navigate to Administration|Users|Users, then click the name of the affected user to open the user record.
• In the Permission Set Assignments section, make sure the user is assigned the permissions set NBVC Administrator Permission Set.
