# Smart formating for transcription

Smart formatting is a beta feature for our real time transcription engine which improves readability.

By enabling this feature it will enhance the real time transcription for service cloud voice by applying the following to the text :

- Punctuation
- Numerals
- Paragraphs (for batch transcripts only)
- Dates
- Times
- Alphanumerics

As the feature is currently in beta it's done by request, so contact Natterbox and we can enable this for you.
