# Upgrade Guide Version 1.343

When upgrading to version 1.343 or greater and you’re using [the ECI service](/v1/docs/introduction-to-eci) then you will need to apply the following to ensure the service can continue without issue, this guide can be ignored otherwise.

### Add Meta Data to ECI Permission Sets

1. Navigate to **Setup > Custom Metadata Types**
2. Click **Manage Records** on the ECI Permission Set

3. Ensure the follow Meta Data records are in place:

4. For any that are missing add them by clicking **New**
5. Set the Label and ECI Permission Set Name exactly as below for each entry (see table below)

6. Click **Save** and repeat
