Using Freedom CTI This information is intended solely for agents utilizing the **Freedom CTI**. This indicates that they have been assigned a **Freedom** license and possess a [Natterbox Call Center Configuration](/v1/docs/introduction-to-call-center-configuration) where the UI Theme is set to ‘Freedom’. This does not pertain to any other interface, including the use of Natterbox with SCV. Freedom CTI may also be referred to by various other names, including Natterbox CTI, CTI in Salesforce, Softphone, and Freedom Interface. The name Natterbox Webphone will appear in these guides, please note users occasionally refer to it colloquially as the 'blue box.' ### Receiving an Inbound Call If you are using the Natterbox Availability, you will need to choose a state that will make you available to receive calls from the right queue. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c81c490c-daaa-4ebd-a3c3-1a2dee8b7617/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2025-12-11 at 19.01.05.png) Regardless, you will need to launch the Natterbox Webphone to make or receive calls. ![Natterbox interface showing call options and a button to launch the webphone.](https://cdn.document360.io/c81c490c-daaa-4ebd-a3c3-1a2dee8b7617/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2025-12-11 at 18.41.46(1).png) This will open a pop-up.
