# Wallboard Settings

The settings for a wallboard can be accessed by clicking on the settings cog after loading the wallboard:

| **Option** | **Default** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Wallboard Name | New Wallboard | The display name of the wallboard, which will be visible to all users |
| Wallboard Description | New Wallboard Description | The description of the wallboard, which will only be visible to Admins |
| Display Settings - Shrink to fit screen width | Disabled | Shrinks the contents of the Wallboards to fit the user’s screen width |
| Display Settings - Shrink to fit screen height | Disabled | Shrinks the contents of the Wallboards to fit the user’s screen height |
| Create Read-Only Wallboard URL |  | Generates a URL to access the Wallboard in Read-Only form - see below for more details |
