We have identified a workaround to the CTI issue experienced both on Chromium based browsers such as Google Chrome and other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox.
NOTE: Chrome updates are released for all browsers running on Chromium code, and as such this guide will apply to all of the below browsers:
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Opera
Brave
Vivaldi
Yandex Browser
SRWare Iron
Epic Privacy Browser
Comodo Dragon
Blisk
Chrome introduces new features and experimental flags with each update, and some of these features are enabled by default. However, these default settings can potentially disrupt the functionality of our application and Salesforce. One such flag is the "Experimental third-party storage partitioning" Chrome Flag, which was automatically enabled with a Chrome update starting from Chrome v115.
Please see the below steps to get this disabled:
Navigate to a new Chrome tab and search "chrome://flags".
This will open a new window, where you will need to search for "Third-party Storage Partitioning".
Toggle this Flag from "Default" to "Disabled".
Please note: this will prompt you to restart your device to initiate this change by selecting the below prompt.
Make sure that you save your work or any items prior to initiating the "Restart".
Hit the “Restart” button to initiate the change.
Should you require any additional assistance, please do reach out to the Natterbox Support Team.
