Article Summary

We have identified a workaround to the CTI issue experienced both on Chromium based browsers such as Google Chrome and other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox.

Firefox introduces new features and experimental configs with each update, and some of these features are enabled by default. In Google Chrome, these configurations are referred to as flags. These default settings can potentially disrupt the functionality of our application and Salesforce. One such configuration is the "privacy.partition.always_partition_third_party_non_cookie_storage".

Please see the below steps to get this config disabled:

1.  Navigate to a new Firefox tab and search "about:config".

2. You then need to click on "Show All" in the next screen.

3. In the new window, you would have to locate the "Privacy.partition.always_partition_third_party_non_cookie_storage flag and change it's value to false by clicking on the 2 arrows on the right hand side

4. Once you have completed the step, we also recommend that you clear the cache of the browser and reboot it.
