Note Notifications

Please note: this requires version 1.357 or greater for the Natterbox app.


You can use our Salesforce Flows to enable the ability to provide Notification to users when Notes are both created and acknowledged.

For both the creation and acknowledgement of notes, notifications can be sent in two ways via Salesforce Notification and Email.

To enable this do the following :

  1. Navigate to Salesforce Flows

  2. Click on the method/s you wish to use

  3. Click Open Flow

  4. Click Activate

Email

Note that the Emails generated will appear as follows :

Note Creation

Title:

[Team Leader Name] left you a note about your call on [Call Date/Time]

Body:
Hi [User Name],

[Team Leader Name] has added a note to your call from [Call Date/Time].

 

You can view the note in Salesforce by clicking the link below:

Here’s a copy of the note:

Please log in and check the "Acknowledged" box to confirm you've seen it: 🔗 Log in to Acknowledge [HYPERLINK TO NOTE RECORD]

Note Acknowledgement

Title:
[User Name] has acknowledged your note on the call from [Call Date/Time]

Body:
Hi [Team Leader Name],

[User Name] has acknowledged the note you left on their call from [Call Date/Time].

Changing the Email Content

If you wish to edit the email contents for each of the flows click on the Toolbox and from their you can edit the Title and Body Text Templates :
