This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") forms part of the Subscription Services Agreement (the "Agreement") under which Natterbox Limited ("Natterbox") provides its subscription-based cloud and network services. 

  1. Introduction

This Policy applies to the Client and all Users of the Natterbox Services, and references in this Policy to "you" / "your" are to the Client and each User.

Capitalised words and phrases defined elsewhere in the Agreement and used but not defined in this Policy shall have the same meanings in this Policy as in the part of the Agreement in which they are defined.

  1. Lawful and proper use

    1. You may only use the Natterbox Services in accordance with this Policy, the Telecommunications Rules, the Technical Prerequisites, the other provisions of the Agreement, and the reasonable written instructions of Natterbox from time to time.

    2. You must not access or use the Nattterbox Services:

      1. in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;

      2. in any way that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing;

      3. to violate or infringe any legal rights of, or to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to, or to interfere with or damage, any other person; 

      4. to make, store, send, reproduce or receive a communication which is, or is intended to be, a hoax call to emergency services; or

      5. to make robocalls or mass unsolicited automated calls delivering a recorded sales message.

    3. You must not modify the Natterbox System or Natterbox Services, or the structure or schema of any database used by them, except to the extent that applicable law grants to the Client a right to do so and the right cannot be waived by contract.

  2. Proprietary notices

    1. You must not remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary rights notices contained on or in the Natterbox Services.

  3. Damaging and excessive use

    1. The Natterbox Services must not be used in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Natterbox System or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Natterbox Services.

    2. The Natterbox Services must not be used in any way that uses excessive Natterbox System resources and as a result is liable to cause a material degradation in the services provided by Natterbox to its clients using the Natterbox System.

    3. You acknowledge that Natterbox may use reasonable technical measures to limit the use of Natterbox System resources for the purpose of assuring services to Natterbox clients generally.

  4. Access credentials

    1. You must not share access to your credentials for the Natterbox Services.
