When calls are analysed by AI Advisor, the data is pushed to the Natterbox AI object. Typically two records are created per call (1 focused on the employee and 1 focused on the customer).

If you are utilising the AI Prompt object still, please contact your Natterbox account manager to get migrated to our single object. Using the single object (Natterbox AI) will allow you to access our latest features and also uses considerably less Salesforce storage.
