A Natterbox user can only have 1 availability profile assigned to them at one time and they must have a Contact Center licence first.
An org can have multiple availability profiles or just one, depending on the use case.
Here is how to create a new Availability Profile:
- Navigate to the Account Settings page and then the ‘Availability Profiles’ section.  
- Click ‘Add Profile’ - Add a ‘Name; for the new profile.  
- Click Save! 
 
- To add availability states to this new profile, click the name of the new profile. 

- If you click ‘Edit’, you can only edit the name of the availability profile, the rest of the configuration is found by clicking the name.
