A Natterbox user can only have 1 availability profile assigned to them at one time and they must have a Contact Center licence first.
An org can have multiple availability profiles or just one, depending on the use case.
Here is how to create a new Availability Profile:
Navigate to the Account Settings page and then the ‘Availability Profiles’ section.
Click ‘Add Profile’
Add a ‘Name; for the new profile.
Click Save!
To add availability states to this new profile, click the name of the new profile.
If you click ‘Edit’, you can only edit the name of the availability profile, the rest of the configuration is found by clicking the name.
