We are constantly making improvements to our AI features, in particular the Natterbox AI Advisor product. In light of that, we have to deprecate some features. This guide is to let you know which features are deprecated. If you believe you are using a deprecated feature, please speak to your account manager.
If you are using Natterbox AI Advisor and the records are being produced on the object ‘AI Prompt’, this is a deprecated object. The latest version of AI Advisor creates records on the Natterbox AI object. As well as new features, this object uses a lot less storage than the AI Prompt object. This is a free upgrade as well!
Alongside the object, you will also not be able to use the Notification panel when you move to our latest version. This can easily be replaced by some reports and dashboards that can highlight the analytics you are looking for.
If you are using Insight licences but do not have AI Advisor licences, you are missing out on AI analysis, speak to your account manager.
With any version of Insight or AI Advisor, you might be using Categories, this feature is deprecated and we recommend moving your requirements to Prompt Studio.
The term ‘Insight Player’ might still be seen in the product but will mostly be referred to as ‘Player’ as Insight is now deprecated.
In the latest version of AI Advisor, you might see the option for ‘Call Summarisation’ in the Record & Analyse app but also on the Natterbox AI object. This feature might work sporadically but has also been marked as deprecated. If you are currently using it, we recommend creating your own prompt for call summarisation and using that. This also allows for further customisation around what the prompt focuses on, formatting and length.
