Here is how to navigate the menu in the Freedom CTI.

Make sure to scroll to the sides to see all the tabs (use the arrows < >)
Takes you back to the Home screen. This can also be achieved by clicking
from other screens.
The Wrap-Up screen holds any wrap-ups that were not completed and were saved for later. For more information, see Wrap-Ups guide.

This is a summary page for your recent calls and you can click the arrow coming out of the box (right of the window) to pop the Salesforce task record.

Once a wrap-up is saved, it moves to the Activities tab (because a task record is created).
Here you can see summary details of calls you made, received and missed (note you can see which calls have been recorded from the “REC” button). You can also use the search bar to find calls by contact name and number:|

This tab allows you to view personal voicemails directly. For more information, see this Voicemail guide.

The search bar allows you to search and click-to-dial Salesforce Contacts and Accounts as well as internal users and groups / teams. This search functionality is also available while performing a transfer.
The same address book functions can also be used from the Search bar on the Home screen.

This tab shows what users are available in what group. See this guide on Groups for more info.

This tab allows you to pre-record a message to leave when you reach a voicemail on an outbound call. See this Voicemail Drop guide for more info.

This tab is for setting caller id, and device to call from. The test echo line and reload call center can be accessed from here as well. See the Freedom CTI Settings article for more info.
