This guide details how you can update and personalize your voicemail message for specific call flows.

  1. Search and click on Routing Policies in the App Launcher.

  1. Click on the Routing Policy that you would like to amend

  1. Find the voicemail component in the routing policy

  1. You can amend the voicemail message by editing the text in the Additional greeting box. Make sure to press Save when you’re done.

  2. OR Alternatively, if you wanted to add some more customization including a different voice, you can add a speech component before the voicemail component (screenshots below).

  1. Then, just make sure the following boxes are unticked in the voicemail component. Make sure to press Save (at the top of the page) when you’re done.
