This configuration allows incoming calls to ring on both your headset and a secondary device, such as your computer speakers. This ensures you hear every notification, even when you aren't wearing your headset.
This feature is not enabled by default.
Please reach out to our support team or your account manager if you do not see this feature available to you. Once enabled globally by the support team you will have access to this feature.

Steps:
Launch the Webphone: Navigate to the Salesforce utility bar, open the Natterbox CTI (1), and click the flashing headset icon (2).

Connect: Follow the on-screen prompts in the blue webphone window. Wait until the CTI displays the status: “Connected and ready for calls.”

Configure Audio Output: Navigate to the Audio Settings (1) tab. Under the Additional Output (2) dropdown, select your desired device—typically your computer's built-in or external speakers.
Note: Once selected, a test ringtone will automatically play through the device. Use this to verify the connection and confirm the volume level is appropriate.
