How to enable reports for objects in the Natterbox App

When upgrading to Natterbox App v1.169 or above, reports need to be enabled in Salesforce Setup for the objects Natterbox User and Insight Categories. If unsure how to do this, follow instructions showing a step by step guide of how to enable reports for objects.

Step-by-Step

This task takes place in Salesforce Setup. The following details how to do this in Lightning. If working in Classic please note that some of the fields may be slightly different, but the procedure is the same.

• Click on the Object Manager tab (in Classic this is Custom Objects, navigated to via Create|Objects).
  
• Within the list of objects, find and click on the appropriate object (when upgrading to v1.169 of the app, these two objects need to have the following instructions performed):
  • Natterbox User
  • Insight Categories
• Within Details, click the Edit button.
• Under Optional Features, check the check box for Allow Reports.
  
• Click Save.
