How often are Natterbox releases?
There are larger releases every quarter that will introduce new features or products, along with smaller releases occurring biweekly that will address bug fixes and smaller features.
We recommend conducting quarterly updates of the Natterbox packages to ensure access to the latest features.

How are new releases communicated?
There is a Natterbox newsletter that goes out regularly that highlights new features and releases. If you aren’t currently enrolled in that, please contact your Natterbox Customer Success Manager.
You may also ‘follow’ the How to Upgrade page and provide your email address to receive updates regarding each new release. Please do not feel obligated to update the package after every release.
To assist in reminding you when your information is more than a quarter out of date, a notification will be displayed on the Natterbox Help Center homepage for administrators.
