Mobile Supported Devices List

We’ve created this guide to show you whether your device is compatible with Natterbox Mobile.

It’s separated out by iOS / Android, then by Operating System and device.

If your device and Operating System isn’t shown below, you may still find that Natterbox Mobile works for you, though it might not behave entirely as designed.

The level of support for each device is categorised as:

• Supported

  • This device is officially supported by Natterbox

• Beta Support

  • This device works but is not officially supported. Natterbox will offer troubleshooting on these devices but if the issue is found to be a limitation on the device or an unsupported Operating System, Natterbox will not able to resolve it

• Unsupported

  • This device has known issues that make the Natterbox app unstable or un-usable

• Not listed

  • This device has not been tested and as such we cannot comment on its compatibility, nor can we support it. Natterbox does run a rapid Beta Support approval system so if you would like to test a device to check its suitability for Beta support, please contact your Account Manager
