Add a block with report type = Call Reporting with From Natterbox User
Add another block with report type = Call Reporting with To Natterbox User
Group all blocks by Natterbox User: Name
Label the first block (with report type = Natterbox Interactions with Natterbox User) “Messages”
Label the second block (with report type = Call Reporting with From Natterbox User) “Outbound Calls”
Label the third block (with report type = Call Reporting with To Natterbox User) “Inbound Calls”
Filter the first block like this:
Show Me: All natterbox interactions
Natterbox Interaction: Created Date = THIS WEEK, THIS MONTH… [whichever date range you want but this should match the other blocks]
Sender Type: User
Filter the second block like this:
Show Me: All call reporting

From Call Type = Connected [add this filter if you want only connected outbound calls)
Call Direction = Outbound
