Note: The information in this article is only relevant to Portal users and not related to Natterbox within salesforce

Every user will fall under one of the following headings. Each permission gives differing account access to the user.

Global

You have full permissions for this account and every child account. You can edit all the policies and settings, you can also create new devices and users for every account in your navigation tree. You are able to setup new accounts and also edit the user permissions for every user in your navigation tree.

Account

You have access to all the settings available for your account. You are able to create new devices, users and can edit all the policies for your account. You are not able to setup new accounts and will not be able to edit the user permissions.

User / Basic

When you log in as a user, you will be able to edit your own personal settings. You will not be able to edit any other part of the account or policy.
