User’s require read/write access on the Natterbox Objects in order to manage prompts.
This typically requires a user to be a full Salesforce Admin, or it requires the user to be granted to Admin level system permissions ‘Modify All Data’ and ‘Customize Data’.
Alternatively you can grant limited access in order to allow non-Admin users access to manage prompts without providing them with full Admin level permissions.
Delegated Administration
Delegated Administration is a Salesforce permission feature that allows users, profile and permission sets to be granted with additional permissions, see more here.
How to define a delegated administration permission
Navigate Setup > ‘Delegated Administration’
Click New
Define a name for this permission (i.e. Prompt Admin)
Define either a list of specific users or assign which Permissions Sets or Profiles to have access
Click Add under ‘Custom Object Administration’
Find and Select ‘Natterbox AI’
Save


Those defined Users, Permission Sets or Profiles will now have access to create and manage prompts from Prompt Studio.
You will just need to also ensure they are made a ‘Natterbox Admin’ or a ‘Natterbox Team Leader’ from the Natterbox Users tab in order to access the AI Advisor Settings page. Note that Team Leaders will have restricted access to only manage Prompts they own.
