Article summary

It's possible to report on which of your calls had a PCI payment initiated.

The Call Reporting Object contains a field "PCI Call" which is a flag that will report true as long as an agent pressed "Take Payment" during a call.

Note this won't report on whether a payment was successfully or even whether a payment was attempted at all, this field just reports true when a secure PCI session is initiated on a given call.
