2.2. Permissions on the Natterbox User

Prev Next

Natterbox permissions are either set from the Salesforce user or the Natterbox user. We have discussed the permissions on the Salesforce user in the first part of the chapter and now we will talk through the Natterbox user permissions.

  1. First, navigate to the Natterbox Users tab.

  2. Then, click on a specific user's name.

  3. Click 'Edit' at the top of the page.

  4. On the right hand side, there is a field called 'Permission Level'. There are 3 options: Basic, Team Leader and Admin.

This field dictates the permission level on the wallboard and other parts of the Natterbox app. For more information, see the Wallboard/Wallboard Group Permissions section or Natterbox Permissions Overview.

You can review a user’s permissions on their Natterbox user or by pulling a report using the Natterbox User object.
