Every user with a digital licence has a personal inbox. This is the users own inbox where nobody else can access this. The primary purpose of a personal inbox is for Personal SMS messaging where the conversation is typically routed directly to the number owners personal inbox however conversations of any channel type can be routed directly to a users personal inbox from the routing policy.

Once a conversation is in a personal inbox it cannot be moved to another inbox. The conversation will need to be archived instead meaning the next message will create a brand new conversation that can be routed to a different inbox.

It is typically recommended to always be on the latest stable version, but the minimum version is 1.378. More information can be found here.
Why can’t I access the Natterbox Settings page?
You will need to have a digital licence (either an SMS licence and/or a WhatsApp licence) and have the permission level of your User set to Admin. Permission levels are managed under the Natterbox Users tab in Salesforce.
