Licence prerequisites
Your agents who will be using PCI need to have the following licences from Salesforce and Natterbox:
Freedom for Salesforce
For users operating within Salesforce using Freedom (Freedom for Salesforce only, Freedom Mobile is unsupported)

Service Cloud Voice
For users operating within Salesforce using Service Cloud Voice, an additional step of setting up the SCV CTI to allow end users to use the PCI vice extension can be found here
