22.1. Setting up PCI

Licence prerequisites

Your agents who will be using PCI need to have the following licences from Salesforce and Natterbox:

Freedom for Salesforce

For users operating within Salesforce using Freedom (Freedom for Salesforce only, Freedom Mobile is unsupported)

Salesforce

• Standard License 

Natterbox

• PCI

• Freedom

Freedom Web Only 

For users operating outside of Salesforce using only Freedom Web

Salesforce

• Chatter License

Natterbox

• PCI

• PBX (If the users are operating outside of Salesforce using Freedom Web)  

Service Cloud Voice

For users operating within Salesforce using Service Cloud Voice, an additional step of setting up the SCV CTI to allow end users to use the PCI vice extension can be found here

Technical prerequisites

For PCI Payments, only SCV, Freedom for Salesforce and Freedom Web are supported.

Steps to be completed during setup

PCI requires the following package versions to be installed: 

1. Minimum Natterbox 1.248

2. Minimum CTI 2.47
