Before you start

Setting up Call Queues

Ensure you have at least one call queue configured to be able to use Wallboards. If you are a new customer a member of the Natterbox Deployment Team will assist with setting up. If you are an existing customer who uses the Natterbox legacy Wallboards you won’t have to do anything additional here.

Upgrade the Natterbox package

Upgrade to the latest package from the How to Upgrade page.

Returning to the homepage

In order to return to the wallboards homepage from any screen, simply click on the Natterbox logo in the upper left corner:

How to Access Wallboards

Click the app launcher in the top left corner of your Salesforce window:

  • Type Wallboards

  • Click Wallboards

You may then decide to personalise your nav bar so that Wallboards always appear here. You can do this by clicking the pencil icon at the top right of your Salesforce window:

  • Click Add More Items

  • Search Wallboards

  • Click + to the the left of Wallboards

  • Click Add 1 Nav Item at the bottom right of the box

How to Create a Wallboard

Select + New Wallboard

How to Edit a Wallboard

To edit an existing wallboard, click the edit (pencil) icon :

From here you can continue to add and remove components as well as update the wallboard’s setting which includes creating a read-only wallboard URL.

How to Duplicate a Wallboard

To duplicate an existing wallboard, click the copy icon:

This will create a duplicate of the selected wallboard with all the same configurations.

How to Delete a Wallboard

To delete an existing wallboard, click on the delete (bin) icon:

You will always be asked to confirm your action when attempting to delete a wallboard.
