Settings App allows for overall behavioural controls over your AI Agents and Assistants.
Configuring a Get Info Assistant
After creating a Natterbox AI component from the Routing Policies, simply select the Get Info App.

Guardrails
From the Settings App you can override and control which level of Guardrails you’d like to apply to your calls.
By default all Conversational AI calls operate using the highest level of Guardrails to best ensure safe behaviour.
If you find you need to reduce this level from the Settings App you can enable this option and pick the new level you would like to have applied or even disable it entirely.

Dictionary
The AI Agents and Assistants will always do their best to understand what your customers are saying, but if you have certain nouns you expect to be discussed you can add these ahead of your calls to improve the odds they’re understood correctly.
Please note: setting the key terms are hints to better guide the AI in understanding what is being said, they’re not guarantees, they will boost the likelihood of recognizing specified terms, but it doesn't force exact matches.

How many key terms can be set in the Dictionary?
There is a limit of 100 terms that can be set.
What happens if there’s multiple Settings App setting key terms in a single Call Flow?
Setting the key terms they will be done so additively, so if you need to start fresh you can check the ‘Clear existing keywords before adding new ones’.
