Upgrade Guide - Versions between v1.143 and v1.169

Check App Version

Log in to Salesforce and go to Setup

In the Quick Search bar type "Installed Packages" and click on the Installed Packages link

This page will then tell you the version numbers of the Natterbox App

"Natterbox" = The Natterbox App

Please verify that you have a version of the Natterbox app between 1.143 and 1.169 - if not this guide might not be relevant to you.

Step 1. Install Natterbox Version 1.254

To upgrade to the latest version of the Natterbox app install the update HERE

To install, click the link above and login to the relevant salesforce instance as an administrator

Remember this package should be installed for Administrators Only

When prompted - allow access to all third party apps

Step 2. Enable updated reports

This task takes place in Salesforce Setup. The following details how to do this in Lightning.

Click on the Object Manager tab

Within the list of objects, find and click on the appropriate object (when upgrading, these two objects need to have the following instructions performed):

Natterbox User

Insight Categories

Within Details, click the Edit button.

Under Optional Features, check the check box for Allow Reports.

Click Save.
