Configuration settings for voicemail, including owner and caller information fields.

  1. Set the owner of the voicemail box

    1. This name will be used by the Assistant when communicating with your customers, you can use the Connected name macros here e.g. Hi I'm Lucy. I'm the Voice Assistant for Joe Smith

  2. Set the name of the caller

    1. Again the Assistant will use the name of the caller in the conversation if it’s known, again you can use the Caller name macro to access this (provided you already have a against the number in your system)

  3. Set the destination email address

    1. This will be the connected user’s email address - unless you’re using a shared inbox in which case this can be manually set in place of a macro

  4. Set the destination SMS

  5. Set the sender SMS

  6. (Optional) Enable the ability to alert that caller with an SMS when the voicemail was successfully sent

  7. Enable and configure Human Escalation - see here for more on this
