Why install the Natterbox Freedom Oauth app?

Starting in September 2025, Salesforce restricted the use of uninstalled Connected Apps to improve security, requiring that all OAuth-enabled apps be explicitly installed in the org.

If you are using the Natterbox wallboards via the read-only link, you will login using Salesforce to ‘Flightdeck’. If you are getting error messages when trying to login, you might need to check if the steps below have been completed.

Setting Up Natterbox Freedom Connected App

  1. Go to Setup.

  2. In the top-left search bar, search for Connected Apps OAuth Usage and click on the link that appears.

    • Change IP Relaxation from Enforce IP restrictions to Relax IP restrictions.

  3. Click Save to apply the changes.
