7.2.2. Message Delineations

Within the conversation window you may see different actions informing you of what is currently happening in the conversation, these are in the form of line delineations.

Unread Messages

When receiving a new message you will see a message action informing you of this. To clear this you can scroll to the bottom of the conversation and this will then mark the message as unread, the message action will not clear until you reopen the conversation.

Compliance Actions

Keywords can be set that when these have been received in a singular message this will trigger compliance actions in the form of Explicit Opt Out or Explicit Opt In, this will also change the actions and enforce restrictions depending on the compliance state this is set to.
