22.4.1.1. Digital Conversation reporting

Conversation reporting records are focused around acting as a master record for each of your digital conversations. Any relevant reporting records to this conversation such as Interactions or Wrap-Ups are related to this object.

Reporting types available:

  • Natterbox Conversations with Interactions

  • Natterbox Conversations with Wrap-Ups

Each time a Natterbox Interaction or a Natterbox Wrap-Up is created this will automatically relate to the Natterbox conversation record that is relevant to them.

Enabling Conversation Reporting

Conversation Reporting is enabled by either the Interaction or Wrap-Up reporting jobs being enabled.

Category

Salesforce Field (Label)

Description

Natterbox relationship data

Conversation ID

The Natterbox conversation id that is used as a reference to the conversation.

Contact ID

The Natterbox contact id that is used as a reference in this conversation.

Primary WhoId

The Salesforce id of the primary record.

Conversation data

Status

The current status of the conversation.

Conversation Start Date

The start date of when the conversation was created.

Conversation End Date

The end date of when the conversation was archived.

Related records

Contact

The primary contact that the conversation relates to, if the primary record is not a contact then this will be blank.

Account

The primary account that the conversation relates to, if the primary record is not a account then this will be blank.

Lead

The primary lead that the conversation relates to, if the primary record is not a lead then this will be blank.
