How to Change the CLI (Freedom):
Changing the CLI (Caller Line Identification)
Users will be able to change their CLI on the Freedom CTI by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the Freedom CTI interface:
2. Click on the dropdown menu to see the list of available CLI numbers:
You will be able to see your personal numbers, as well as any inbound routing policy numbers that you receive calls from.
Adding a number via the Associated Numbers section with a Natterbox User page, will allow the number to be selected here. More information on how to do this can be found here - 3.3. Natterbox User Tab
3. By selecting one of the numbers, you will now present that number as a CLI when making outbound calls.
Additional Information
Users with an Admin-level permissions can change other users CLIs via their Natterbox User page - External Caller ID field:
*Please note that using a personal number as a CLI is not recommended as the return call will not reach the Natterbox platform but rather your device directly, which would result in no reporting metrics objects generated.
