How to Clear a Cache

The majority of CTI issues can be resolved by simply clearing the browser's cache. Before contacting Natterbox Support, please ensure that this has been done.

Method 1: Using Chrome Settings

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the left panel, click "Privacy and security."

  5. Click "Delete browsing data."

  6. In the "Time range" dropdown, select "All time" to remove everything.

  7. Check the boxes for:

    • "Cookies and other site data"

    • "Cached images and files"

  8. Click "Clear data."

Method 2: Using a Shortcut

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Back space (Mac).

  3. The "Delete browsing data" window will open.

  4. Follow steps 6 to 8 from Method 1.

Method 1: Using Edge Settings

  1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Settings."

  4. In the left panel, click "Privacy, search, and services."

  5. Under "Delete browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."

  6. In the "Time range" dropdown, select "All time" to remove everything.

  7. Check the boxes for:

    • "Cookies and other site data"

    • "Cached images and files"

  8. Click "Clear now."

Method 2: Using a Shortcut

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).

  3. The "Delete browsing data" window will open.

  4. Follow steps 6 to 9 from Method 1.

Method 1: Using Firefox Settings

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer.

  2. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Settings."

  4. In the left panel, click "Privacy & Security."

  5. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.

  6. Click "Clear Data."

  7. Select "Everything" for the When field

  8. Check the boxes for:

    • "Cookies and Site Data"

    • "Cached Web Content"

  9. Click "Clear."

  10. Confirm by clicking "Clear Now."

Method 2: Using a Shortcut

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).

  3. The "Clear Recent History" window will open.

  4. In the "Time range to clear" dropdown, select "Everything" to remove all data.

  5. Check the boxes for:

    • "Cookies"

    • "Cache"

  6. Click "Clear"
