The majority of CTI issues can be resolved by simply clearing the browser's cache. Before contacting Natterbox Support, please ensure that this has been done.
Google Chrome:
Method 1: Using Chrome Settings
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.
- Click the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- In the left panel, click "Privacy and security."
- Click "Clear browsing data."
- In the "Time range" dropdown, select "All time" to remove everything.
- Check the boxes for:
- "Cookies and other site data"
- "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data."
Method 2: Using a Shortcut
- Open Google Chrome.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- The "Clear browsing data" window will open.
- Follow steps 6 to 8 from Method 1.
Microsoft Edge
Method 1: Using Edge Settings
- Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
- Click the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings."
- In the left panel, click "Privacy, search, and services."
- Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
- In the "Time range" dropdown, select "All time" to remove everything.
- Check the boxes for:
- "Cookies and other site data"
- "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear now."
Method 2: Using a Shortcut
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- The "Clear browsing data" window will open.
- Follow steps 6 to 9 from Method 1.
Firefox
Method 1: Using Firefox Settings
- Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer.
- Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings."
- In the left panel, click "Privacy & Security."
- Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
- Click "Clear Data."
- Select "Everything" for the When field
- Check the boxes for:
- "Cookies and Site Data"
- "Cached Web Content"
- Click "Clear."
- Confirm by clicking "Clear Now."
Method 2: Using a Shortcut
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- The "Clear Recent History" window will open.
- In the "Time range to clear" dropdown, select "Everything" to remove all data.
- Check the boxes for:
- "Cookies"
- "Cache"
- Click "Clear"
