The majority of CTI issues can be resolved by simply clearing the browser's cache. Before contacting Natterbox Support, please ensure that this has been done.
Chrome
- In the top right of the browser, select the Tools button
- Select History
- Select Clear browsing data...
- From the Options
- Make sure Cached Images and Files is selected (it should be by default)
- Within Obliterate the following items from: select The beginning of time (older information in the cache can cause problems)
- Click Clear browsing data
- Log back into Salesforce to complete the process
Microsoft Edge
- In the top right of the browser, Click the 3 dots and select the History
- Click the Bin icon
- Change the time range to All Time and tick Cookies and other site Data & Cache Images and files.
- Press Clear now and all browser windows & tabs will refresh
- Log back into Salesforce to complete the process
Internet Explorer
- In the top right of the browser, select the Tools button
- Select Internet options
- Within the General tab, under Browsing history, select Delete...
- From the Options
- Make sure Preserve Favorites website data is NOT selected, but Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History ARE selected
- Click Delete
- Make sure Preserve Favorites website data is NOT selected, but Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History ARE selected
- Log back into Salesforce to complete the process
Firefox
- In the top right of the browser, select the Open menu button
- Select History
- Select Clear Recent History...
- From the Options
- Within the Details section (this may need to be expanded by clicking the down arrow), make sure Cache is selected (it should be by default)
- Within Time range to clear: select Everything (older information in the cache can cause problems)
- Click Clear Now
- Log back into Salesforce to complete the process
