This guide will help you configure a new report type to pull a list of assigned “External Caller ID Numbers” and which Natterbox user they are assigned to.
Navigate to Salesforce Setup and search for “Report types” in the search bar. Once you are on the report type page click the button “New Custom Report Type”
Set the Primary Object to “Natterbox Users” and name and describe the new report type however you would like and press next:
Relate the Primary object with “User Settings” and then press save
You can now navigate to salesforce “Reports” and build out your new custom report that will display the External Caller Number that is assigned to agents and other useful user setting information.
The report should look something like this and you can configure it and filter to whatever meets your needs:
