How to Self Enroll with Status Page Notifications

This guide will walk you through the steps for self-enrolling in our Status page notifications. By signing up, you'll receive timely alerts and updates whenever there are outages, known issues, or planned maintenance, keeping you informed of any changes to our system status.

1. Navigate to https://success.natterbox.com/s/status and scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the “subscribe” button as shown below:

2. At the bottom of the page there is a “Subscribe Button” Press this button and then you can sign up a few different ways:

   1. Subscribe to receive status updates by email

   2. Subscribe to receive status updates by webhook

   3. Subscribe to receive status updates via RSS

   4. Subscribe to receive status updates in Slack

3. If you wanted to receive email notifications you can fill in the following with the intended recipient email address and press subscribe as shown below:

4. After subscribing that is all that is needed to begin receiving notifications and updates whenever our status page has been updated.
