The Ideas Hub is no longer on the Natterbox Help Center. It can now be found as a pop-out on the Routing Policy page or Natterbox Settings page. If you can’t see the ideas hub, please upgrade to the latest package.
What is the Ideas Hub?
The Ideas Hub is a dedicated space for sharing your feedback on the Natterbox product. You can submit new ideas, add detail about the problem you want to solve, and vote on ideas raised by other customers. The Natterbox product team reviews submissions to help shape what we build next.
It consist of three tabs:
Ideas - where you submit an idea, vote on an idea or view other people’s ideas. If you vote on an idea, you will receive updates.
Roadmap - where you can view our current roadmap
Announcements - where different Natterbox announcements will be posted, these will usually be product related. You can also subscribe to an announcement to receive updates.

Note: Voting is a big part of how the product team understands demand. Before adding a new idea, it is worth searching for an existing one and adding your vote to it.
Where to find the Ideas Hub
From the latest Natterbox package, the Ideas Hub is available directly inside the Natterbox app in two places:
The Natterbox Settings page.
The Routing Policies page.
