Adding Numbers
When you click on the container, you will get this tab appear on the right:
Next, click ‘Add numbers’ and all the numbers you have with Natterbox will be listed.
The ones that are available will be white and unavailable ones will be blue. You can see the name of the numbers if you have customised them on the Phone Numbers tab.
If you purchase additional numbers through Natterbox and they are not visible, you will need to go to the Phone Numbers tab and click on the sync button to pull the numbers into your Salesforce and make them usable.
