18.3.1. Insight Search Page

This screen is where calls for your attention will appear.

By default, only calls where categories have been activated will appear, to prevent “uninteresting” calls appearing in the list.

To drill down more into specific types of calls, you will use the Filter panel shown in points 1 to 8 below and the results of these searches will be displayed in the pane to the right of the Filter panel. 9 - 10 are different columns that can be selected to display by clicking "Manage Columns" on the right side of the screen. 12 is to download transcripts, more information on this can be found here.
