Natterbox App on Utility Bar

To add the Natterbox App to your Utility Bar on your desired app follow the below instructions:

  1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup

  2. Search App Manager and select it

  3. Locate the App you wish to add the Utility Bar to, open the options menu and select Edit

    Note: This must be a lightning app

  4. Select Utility Items (Desktop Only)

  5. Click Add Utility Item

  6. Search for Natterbox App and add this

  7. Set the Width to 500, the Height to 700, and select Start Automatically

    Note: These options can be changed to suit your preferences but the above are the recommended values.

  8. Click Save

I cannot see “Natterbox App” as an option on the dropdown

You may be on an older version. Please ensure you are on verison 1.388 onwards. More information on upgrading can be found here.

I cannot edit the App I wish to add this to

It’s possible this App is part of a managed package which means you cannot edit the Utility Bar items on this app. It is recommended to create a copy of this app if you wish to customize the Utiltiy Bar apps.
