Welcome to the Natterbox Release notes page. Contained here is a changelog of all updates made to the Natterbox system.
The Natterbox system is made up of several components:
The Natterbox platform
The Natterbox Salesforce App (Formally known as AVS)
The Natterbox Freedom CTI (Formally known as NBCC)
The Natterbox Mobile App
The Salesforce Service Cloud Voice App.
Depending on the feature, you may need to update the version of the package you are using. Within the release notes below, we indicate what app and app version you need in order to take advantage of the feature. You can always get access to our latest version of all our apps on our How to Upgrade page.
