Reports with Dial List Objects

It is recommended to split dial list reports per object the dial list uses; for example one report on dial lists using leads and one report using dial lists with leads. This example report is focusing on opportunities.

  1. Report type = ‘Dial Lists with Dial Items and Opportunity’

    Note

    There are two report types with the exact same name. The one that appears first in the list includes the completed dial items only and the second one is the ongoing dial items. This report is using the second one.

  2. Filters:

    1. Show me: All dial lists

    2. Dial Item: Created Date = [time frame of choice]

    3. Object Type = Opportunity [this is the field on the Completed Dial Item]

  3. Group by Dial List: Dial List Name

  4. Dial Item: Name is not needed so feel free to remove

  5. Add these fields in this order:

    1. Call Order

    2. Opportunity

    3. Opportunity: Stage

    4. Attempts

    5. Call End

    6. Time to attempt next retry

    7. State

  6. Save & Run
